Preorder Schedule

Preorders are open from Sunday to Wednesday every week.

Pickup

Choose your preferred pickup window and collect your pastries the following Sunday. (pickup between 7am-1pm)

just pull into the driveway past the gate and I will bring your order to your window.

My name is Alyssa, and I’m the founder of the Keen Pastry Club.

Based out of my home in Lansing, KPC is the experimental pop-up bakery of my dreams. I get to sell freshly baked pastries, breads, and specialty croissants from my home. like a hobbit.

I use minimal, high-quality ingredients and no artificial preservatives. Everything is baked with intention by me on the morning they are sold.
